Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.  The remaining balance will be due 45 days before your arrival.  If renting within 45 days of arrival, balance must be paid in full at time of reservation. 

Cancellations

Cancellations which occur 45 days before arrival will result in a full refund.  Cancellations less than 45 days before arrival will result in a 50% refund, unless the unit can be re-rented.  In that case, a full refund will be provided.

Damage/Cleaning Fee

Rates include a standard cleaning of the home.  If the cleaning staff needs to spend extra time to clean the home due to excessive mess, the balance will be charged to the renter.  Any damages to the unit will be charged to the renter as well.  Please follow all instructions on how to leave the unit, and it will be very unlikely that any extra fees will be incurred.

Check In/Check Out

Check in time is 4pm.  Check out is 10am.  These times may be flexible depending on the rental schedule.  Please contact us if you need to make special arrangements.

Other policies

Absolutely no smoking.  Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a $250 dollar charge.
